Fujifilm Graphic Systems Returns Policy

 

Fujifilm is committed to making sure that our returns process is easy and transparent to our customers. In order to ensure your complete satisfaction, please review the policy below for details related to your return request.

1. Stock items:

- Fujifilm will accept the return for any stock item(s) in saleable condition if requested within 90 days from ship date.

- Any freight costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer.

- No restock fee will be applied if product is returned within 45 days from ship date.

- A 15% restock fee will be applied if the product is returned within 45-90 days from ship date.

- Credit will not be issued for opened or damaged product.

2. Non-stock items:

- Non-stock items may be returned if approved by manufacturer or original supplier.

- Any return-related fees will be passed on to the customer.

3. Special cuts/special order items:

- Special order items will not be accepted, unless defective.

- Special cuts will only be accepted if the plates can be re-worked to saleable product. Re-work fees (calculated based on quantity) will apply.

4. Products with expiration dates:

- Products with expiration dates must be in acceptable dating according to manufacturer specifications to qualify for return.

5. Damaged/defective products:

- Fujifilm’s freight policy is FOB Shipping Point. Please make sure all shipments are examined upon delivery. Any damage, including suspected damage, must be noted on the freight bill. If you do not notate damage, you will be responsible for any and all replacement costs. Concealed damage should be reported to Fujifilm within a week from the delivery date.

- Defective product will be credited once the respective manufacturer has evaluated the product and deemed it to be defective.

 

All requests for returns should be directed to FUJIFILM Customer Service.  Upon approval, a Return Authorization will be issued. Credit will be issued once product has been returned to the FUJIFILM Distribution Center as instructed and has been fully inspected.
